BCIS needs to run as a private company who's employees' salaries are dependent on quality of work and customer service. Life would be better then. I am sure there aren't many BCIS employees who love their jobs (except for a few who deploy Anderson style industrial-strength shredders to destroy applications in an attempt to ruin the applicants' fragile present and futures in this country, i am sure their primary intention is to protect this country and the jobs of their children from us - the unwanted immmigrants), and there aren't too many customers of BCIS who are happy either. So whats the point? BCIS in my opinion is just a new shrink wrap over the same-old stale stagnant organization we all knew as INS, saying that its a wrap over an anti-immigration organization wouldnt be too far from truth
