I think all three do not meet the size criteria, it should be 2x2, donot seem to be
second one - the ears should not be hidden behind the hair, should be visible
third one - there are shadows behind the ear

True, but I dont think that minor shadows will disqualify him.

if the photos are for canada then NO to the one with shadows...if for the USA then probably no problem

Of course, clearer the better. My friend resend with clear photo, her hair shadow almost covered her left eyebrow.
