Check Not Cashed yet

My application was received Jan 7th 2006, at the Texas center.
The check for the $390 has not yet been presented. The check was written to : US Department of Homeland Security.

I have seen in most cases the check is presented the very next day.

Should I be worried about this delay? Will calling the customer service be of any use?

Correct me if i am wrong but i think the fee went up to $400
wait till they send you the application back or just send them another one right away

Yep, the fees in another website says its $400.
Not sure if I have to wait for them to return the application, then send another one, OR pay extra $10, OR mail another application form.

Any advice?
