Guys pls tell me what is the list of documents that are needed to file for an H1B transfer for the employee and the employer. Pls help this is real urgent
1. What is the fee for H1 transfer? (other than lawyer's fees)
2. How long is it taking nowadays?
3. Is it advised to start the work at new employer before getting the approval? (after getting the receipt)
Could somebody please answer the previous questions regarding documents required for H-1 application. I need to know what form is used by the employer for LCA?? I have a job offer from a company but unfortunately the HR is not well-versed with the process. I am doing some research on my own on the process involved so that I can work with the HR. Anybody with information, please reply. Thanks!
