Check Cashed

I recently submitted my n400 application through my attorney. She did send them fees from her bank account.

Is there any way I can come to know that when USCIS has cashed the check other than she telling me about it?

You can try calling USCIS to see if they have that info on file.

I called them and they told me that they will not have information until I get a case number and i will only get case number once my check is cashed.

So I have no way of knowing the progress on my case right at this moment.

Your lawyer should be able to provide you that information (ie.copy of cashed check).
