Register as an applicant customer. It's free service. Create account and also, give your mobile number. Then, login, click on "my portfolio", add your case number (as it is including * sign) to the portfolio, check email and mobile alert boxes (which ever you wish). Then you will start receiving email and/or mobile alerts whenever there is an update to your case. I also suggest that login in your account regularly to check the case status and especially the LUD of the case. Sometimes there could be delay in receiving email/mobile alerts even though the alert system has improved much lately. If you wish not to register, you can still go to the above link and click on "check my case status", enter your case number (including * sign).
