So I see. I guess filing the I-765 was a waste of money for you. And I also see u didn't get an RFE. That helped. Lets see how long it take for you to get the actual greencard.

yop, I-765 was waste of money... but that's like an extra option to get back to work if case would have gone complicated.
let you know when will get card... my online status hasn't changed actually...

actually, i don't worry much about that right now...
i am glad that passport is stamped and you can do everything with it...
i am not planning to leave the country soon, so i am fine for now.
who was your interviewer?
 
forgot to mention... went to the ssa office today for replacement of ss card.
also got new job today, so thought that better to do that ss thing now before i'll get busy...
anyways, got told that my status is not updated yet in the system and i'll have to wait... a lady i talked to gave me a reference # i should call 4 weeks later if nothing would come in the mail...
 
I had my interview in Charlotte today. The interviewer said he would have stamped the passport but background check is not complete? Am I on a road to hell?
 
got 3 emails yesterday saying that approval notice for I-485 mailed...
and today got my Permanent Resident Card in mail! Awesome...
can relax for the next 2 years now...
