The random approvals of April, May and June 2002 cases indicates that there is no logic anymore to the way VSC works.

Why can't they, like any normal operation, first serve the customer that has been waiting in line for the longest time?

It's the Fall of Discontent -- No GC, Red Sox loss to the Yankees, job insecurity, ...

RD 12/18/01
FP1 03/07/02
RFE 07/03/03 (received by BCIS)
FP2 10/04/03 (done earlier)

I think it is the same as in Walmart/Kmart billing sections.
One person bills more customers and sends them out but some guys it take more time to bill a customer even if the 2nd customer has purchased less.

BCIS is nothing but a superstore where they bill our GC and whoever is efficient does more (faster) and others do it slowly.

What do you mean by no logic anymore ??? When did they have any logic???? I don't recall any logic ever used by CIS.
