Hi Folks over the years and I have read very good advise from people here I thought you guys had covered pretty much every aspect till I ran into my problem.
I had filed under the EB1-EA (self petition) using a lawyer at NSC and recently received RFE from USCIS with very specific questions. However in trying to deal with these questions we realized the lawyer we had retained had made some glaring typographical errors which clearly suggested a half hearted attempt in making up the petition (she had simply cut paste paragraphs from the reference letters, and websites without making any substantial arguments of her own). When I pointed that out the lawyer became defensive and started blaming us for being abusive and we have decided not to continue with her. We are planing to report her to the state bar assoc.. ( have kept a record of all conversations)
but my QUes for this forum is since we now have to file the RFE on our own, do we have to fill out any additional forms or go through a certain process to file the RFE on our own.??
