Chaning Job - Will financial info required with EVL ?

I am planning to change employer using AC 21 (more than 180 days for I485 and I140 already approved). In addition to EVL do I need to also furnish financial information of new employer to prove their ability of pay salary ? Any comments please ?

I am also under the same Situtaion. I joined new company recently after i485 pending more than 1Yr.(i 140 approved already).

New Consulting company strength is 25 to 30 people. Since last year i had low tax return 16K, i am worried abt with new company to have ability to pay, If Any Rfe comes. I did not file for AC21. In 2004, i am earning at the LC salary rate without any break in Earning.

Plz can Expert provide more detailed information.

Your past low earnings are almost irrelavent.
The ability to pay- is sort of best demonsatred by your actual pay. If you are earning your LC salary for some time- it is not too difficult to prove the ability to pay.
Size of Co./years of existense/ no. of employees etc defenitely help in all that.

what do u think abt size of the company (25 to 30) people.
