Changing the platform will effect to GC?

Hello,

Presently I'm on H1B used only 1year working on QA and planning to shift to SAP.

1)Changing the Job responsibilities will effect to GC?
2)Any issues when i go for H1 transfer as my responsibilities are changing?

Please answer the queries it will be great help.

GC is for future job. As long as you meet the minimum requirements of the future job and have a labor certification done (if necessary) for that job, it should not matter.
 
Nkm- I have query on h1 transfer.

I got h1 receipt no from new employer is that enough to join the new employer or wait until it approve. Please help.
