wondering if one option is feasible or not--
1.if one has a NIW/approved 140/485 already filed for 2-3 years, if on the other hand labor is approved, do premium processing of 140 and then interfile 485 and since the NIW485 is already pending for more then six months , move to a new job
2.or can one ( after three years of waiver) change jobs after labor gets approved, and the new employer can file 140 and then interfile 485
