changing the embassy for interview

Hi,
We live in Vancouver, Canada and we need to go to Montreal Embassy for the interview, we haven't been scheduled yet for the interview, I hope we can get a date around june or August because of the high case number.
I was wondering, can we change the embassy for our interview Montreal to Ankara?

It is possible yes. Given that you have a long tome for KCC to make that change you ca do so now without issue. However, people should not do this near their interview time as it could cause mistakes and delays.

Just be aware that if you do your interview in Ankara you will probably need to do your medicals in Turkey as well, so ensure that you have enough time for all that.
