1.so if i were to open up my own practice after 3 years in HPSA and work in MUA don"t i have to file for another 140 showing i have changed from my employer to solo practice
2. is it possible to open my own practice even before the 3 year period of waiver job ends( if its across the street ,same area, sliding scale )
is it possible ? do i notify DOH to get approval for solo practice or to get approval for qualification of HPSA( mine was through state 30 program), are there any risks with that move
