changing Lawyers Question

I have recently changed employers and even though I have good relations with my old employer and they are not likely to revoke my I140 or do something crazy like that I am wondering whether I can trust them to deliver me mails from BCIS on my 485 application in a timely manner and to this hand I hired a lawyer by paying him 1000 $s. But I am not sure whther if I ask him to go ahead with submitting the G28 application which basically designates huim as my lawyer, I will not get an RFE. Does changing a lawyer mean that one gets an RFE. Also, in addition to changing my lawyer do I also need to intimate the BCIs that I have changed jobs and am in a similar job. Wont doing that definitely cause me to get an RFE?
Can I just change the lawyer and have him notify INS and not let the BCIS know of the change in employers?
Please reply urgently,
Thanks,

Hi
have recently changed employers and even though I have good relations with my old employer and they are not likely to revoke my I140 or do something crazy like that I am wondering whether I can trust them to deliver me mails from BCIS on my 485 application in a timely manner and to this hand I hired a lawyer by paying him 1000 $s. --- Yes your new should lawyer file for G28 with BCIS service center that you sign
I will not get an RFE. Does changing a lawyer mean that one gets an RFE?
------------No
Also, in addition to changing my lawyer do I also need to intimate the BCIs that I have changed jobs and am in a similar job? Won’t doing that definitely cause me to get an RFE?
-------------- You should update the BCIS with the help of new lawyer and he will draft a letter, better get the approved LC copy from past employer so that new lawyer can match your Skills or job title according to approved LC
Can I just change the lawyer and have him notify INS and not let the BCIS know of the change in employers?

---------- IF you are going to use AC21 then better inform BCIS read the recent BCIS AC21 regarding 180 day:

** Before leaving the employer try to get copy of LC I-140 filing receipt and your I-485 filing receipts
