I would like to know if we change the lawyer . what are the legal formalities we need to do to avoid further charges and to inform him not to work on our case any more. Ofcourse this is very peculiar situation, please advise me.
 
Changing of lawyer is a simple process. All you need to do is hire another lawyer and get all your files transferred. Once you have any response to be sent to the INS they will ask you to file out a representation form. its'a blue form I forget it's name. Fill that and send it to the INS with yur response. That's it no other formalities.
 
Hi guys

I think you guys are right, when you signed G-28 to new attorney hope that will automatically update the BCIS system as I changed the attorney. Any comments.
