My f#$%^ng company changed the immigration attorney recently (and even didn\'t inform anyone about). All immigration cases was transferred to new lawyer.
Any ideas how it can possibly impact on our cases? I guess - it\'s another several aditional months to waiting period. Am I right? Does anybody have such experience?

Should not affect really much in terms of processing times

Should not affect really much in terms of processing times, provided your new attorney is competent enough. Your new lawyer MUST file form G-28 to inform INS about him being your new representative. Once INS enters that information all correspondence will start going to the new lawyer as opposed to old one. If form G-28 is not filed in time, then some of the correspondence will be sent to the old lawyers address and might seriously affect the time taken for your application to get approved.
Hope this helps!
