Changing Jobs Twice on AC21 - Ginnu and Experts

I had my 485 interview in Feb'2005 in District office and i submitted my Ac21 paperwork then. Its still pending in the District office because of Security check delay and now there is this retrogression.

My question to you experts : Can i change jobs again(Assuming similar job ofcourse) on AC21 now that this process can go on for years and years? Remember i already used AC21 once.
Did anyone change jobs twice and had success in getting 485 approved?Please comment. Thanks.

Remember i already used AC21 once.
---------no problem send the new employer job offer letter to the Local USCIS where your I-485 file is pending. explain that Interview was conducted on ABC date and I-485 should be approved on the base of new employer letter (hope they attach to pending file) keep the copy of letter with you and mail AC21 request letter with certified return reciept.
