Changing jobs / cities after 180 days

My husband's company could be bought out by a company in chicago, in which case he might have to move there if he keeps his job. All this will happen after 180 days after filing 485. What will happen to our 485 application which was originally filed at CSC. Will it be transferred to NSC? At what point will we have to notify INS about the change in location?
