Changing Jobs Again ??

Please advice/ give your thoughts on my situation -

I was employed with company A in TX ( very big org.) for a while, got my 140 approved thru them and filed for 485 thru my own lawyer.

I got laid off after 180 days and then I joined company B and moved to VA. I have filed for AR-11 but on my lawyers'advice I have not filed for AC-21 as he told me we can file it if need arises.

Company B is just a Middle party for Company C which is a direct vendor at the client.

Now I plan to join Company C after fulfiling the agreement with Company B (after Feb).

Has anyone else gone thru this situation of changing jobs more than once while on AOS and If so, anything I need to be aware of?

I have not discussed this with my attorney as yet.
Just thought of asking this question here first , getting more things on the table from the company C before i discuss it with my attorney.

You are fine...If you get an RFE then you have to submit the current employement letter saying that you are in the same job and skill leavel.

Make sure your company has to issue a letter saying you are working on the same skills mentioned in your labor certification.

For my case I filed 140 and the company layoff. after layoff in a week my 140 approved and my company lawyer asked me to file my 485 immideate and the company which we worked not revoked our 140's.

He also told us after 180 days of filing you can join any company and get the letter as you are working on the same skills mentioned in my labor. When it is needed at lost if I get RFE we can submit the same.

He said if I change address juat file AR11 thats all he asked me to do. Now my second EAD and no FP's till, without any problems till.

Hopefully everything will go smoothly...

I dont think that should matter as long as you are in the same skill level job. You can file AC21 when BCIS asks you to I guess. Goodluck

You should be fine. Make sure that the job description matches closely. If possible try to get the same job description that you filed for, that would make the job of the USCIS adjudicator who is looking at your case much easier.

Not planning to change the job. It will be the same client.
Just eliminating a middleman and their cut, so I get more money & am eligible for better medical insurance.
As per getting the same skillset letter from company C, I have to talk with their legal attorney but it shd be okay cos I am really working in the same skill set as detailed in my Labor.
