Changing jobs after N400

I am eligible for N400 filing this month. I have resided in Chicago area for the last 6 years. I may receive job offer in Dallas area in a month. I have the following questions:

a. Can you change jobs to a different state after filing for N400? Is it a big hassle to change states or just a formality?
b. If I do that, will the FP, interview happen in Chicago district or Dallas district?
c. Will it be better to move to Dallas, live for 3 months and then file for N400 there?

With a dynamic job market now, I am not sure what to do. I appreciate all your inputs.

You could file this month and then move, but then USCIS will reschedule your interview for a date after you've completed 3 months in the new state. Reschedules are often unpredictable, with some people waiting more than 6 months for a new interview date, so this option should be avoided. Keep it simple and straightforward with option (c).
