My lawyser said it is possible. The client is a big company and they go by the book rules. So, the lawyer said they want to see some commitment from my H1B company that they won't cancel my H1B Visa, Labor, I-140 for sometime atleast until I get going with my new company. Which I doubt at this point. About porting the PD...said first lets get there. (I think its possible)
Did anybody happen to be on the conference? What did Rajev say?
