Changing jobs after GC, but no receipt for I485 for dependent

Hi,

I was on H1 and filed for my son's I-485 only on July2nd. But on the same day they approved my GC. Now I have a GC, and have applied for my son's 485.

Due to circumstances, I have to change the job. Is there any problem in changing the job when I already have GC, but I have not yet received the 'receipt' for my son.

Please let me know.

No. There's no magical significance to your son's I-485 receipt.
