Changing jobs after 140 approval and 6+ months of 485 processing

My 140 has been approved and 485 is under process for more than 6+ months. I was wondering if I could change my employers. I have several questions regarding changing employers,

1. Can my current employer, sponsor of my green card process, affect the processing after I change jobs?
2. Can I change to a higher paying job?
3. Can I accept a job which entails more responsibilities than my current job?
