changing job

Hi all,
Can I change job before 5th years up.I am NIW.What is the way to go.Do I need to ammend my cuurent I-140 or reapply from scratch.?
Second question:Can I apply for AP and EAD before my 3 years of waiver ends.

yes u can change after the three years are up, work in MUA /HPSA. you could even have filed 140/485/NIW even when starting the job, now if your PD is current then you can do it , if not wait, EB2 are moving quickly

Its like the VIP room: You can apply, but you can't touch.

By using EAD or AP before the 3 years are up, you are changing your status to 'adjustee' or 'parolee'. And as that is not 'H1b status' as required for the J1 waiver you would be in deep s@#%.

(this assumes that you are doing a J1 waiver. If you did residency on h1b, you can use your EAD/AP from day one).
