Hi Guys,

I got some questions here:

1. My I-485 (EB2) has been filed to NSC on Dec. 2002, my current client wants to convert me from contractor to their formal employee, I heard if I-485 filed 180 day, then we could switch our jobs, does anyone know where I could find this offcial documents?

2. If I am going to switch my job, what could affect my I-485 application? What does the new employer need to do for my case? They have no experience to support Green Card application.

3. I have an attorney in Atalanta, who was hired by my contractor company, he is the worst attorney I ever met, so I'd rather get some suggestions from here than from him before I talked to him.

You can change job invoking AC-21 after 180 days. You can change the lawyer also. Consult a lawyer before you change your job. Job description need to match to your Labour certification. Salary also should be higher or close to what is mentioned in LC.
