changing job when 140 pending

Gurus,
Please help. I wanted to change my job but still my I140 is pending. My PD is Jan07. Please let me know if I changed my job, do I need to file LC again?
Can I use my old PD? Can my old company keep my gc in process?
If my i140 gets approve can I file my i485 with my new company.
