Changing job roles with EAD

My current situation:

Job Role/Designation: Programmer Analyst
Labor filed as Programmer Analyst
I-140 approved more than a year ago.
EAD approved more than a year ago and renewed and valid till 2011
H1-B extension approved and valid till 2012
I-485 Pending

After I filed my labor, I pursued my part-time graduate program to get my MBA degree and I will be graduating soon. I am interested in changing jobs and roles (a higher management role or function and also in a different area) based on my MBA on-campus recruitment. I would like to understand the following:

1. Can I actually change my job to a different role or function. For instance, as a management or strategy consultant?

2. If I cannot do 1, can I change my labor application that will allow me to include my MBA degree and there by help me secure a different job?

3. If I cannot do both 1 and 2, can I get a managerial role in the same function. For instance an IT manager.

4. What are my options that I am not seeing, if any?

5. Also, what are the things I should do to make the EAD and/or H1-B transfer smooth if I can change jobs.

Your expert advice to the above is deeply appreciated.

------------------------NO, LC was filed XYZ job duties and I-140 was also approved for same job duties.

2. If I cannot do 1, can I change my labor application that will allow me to include my MBA degree and there by help me secure a different job?
-------------- You cant change LC. it is filed by employer. employer can file new LC and new I-140 once LC gets approved.
