I am changing job from July 15 2002. When you guys think we will hear some sept Approvals ? In case I receive RFE what papers I might need from my old company or new company ? Any suggestion befor I do it ?

what you need

from the new company would be a job offer letter which outlines your new responsibilities - they should be similar to the ones outlined on your Labor application.

Other than that, just keep the originals/copies of all the filings from your old company.

Good luck with your new job and GC, maybe you will see approval before you join.

what if my previous company still ready to sponser my GC ?? Does it help if I submit letter from old company at time of RFE?
