changing job question after EAD?

I got my EAD on Dec 23rd, 2003 and I-140 filed on July 10, 2003. Am working for Company A and my Green Card processed by Company B (B is my middleman for present client), right now Company A having problems with B, Can I join B? if so what kind of problems I can expect from A (am working for A since 3 1/2 years normal terms nothing new)?

-----Company B has filed LC for you and B filed I-140 and I-485 for you and you can join company B any time, I don’t know if your I-140 is pending or approved even if I-140 pending B is not going to revoke it as you are going to work with them, if I-140 is still not approved and you are on H1 with A then better join B with H1 transfer because if due to any reason I-140 gets denied then EAD, AP, I-485 all will be denied. A cannot do anything with your EAD, I-140, I-485 as they are not filed by A if you want to transfer H1 with B just have recent pay stubs from A for H1 transfer, no need to inform A let B file for H1 transfer and the day you get H1 transfer filing receipt join B on H1
