Changing job on EAD

Question:

Do we have any salary condition to join another company based on EAD?

suppose I get X amount of salary, does that mean that I have to work with a company in a range X+- say 10? What will happen if I work on very less or very high amount of salary? e.g. getting 80K and joining at 140K. or at 40K

I was talking to one of my friend and he said that this is a requirement that you should not join a company on very high or very low salary based on your EAD. If I do that then possiblity of getting query on my I-485 is very high.

Please suggest because I am going to join a company on a salary higher then what I get at present.

----- no problems for you if you get more salary and want to usde AC21, your friend gave you wrong info. AC21 august 2003 MEMO does not say anything related to salary or location.
