Changing Job I485 > 180 days

Gurus:

My I485 has been pending for more than 180 days. I was planning to change my job. The only issue is that for my new employer I will be on an hourly base. My Labour says an annual salary. Incase of an RFE the employer can give me a letter saying that I am a full time employee with an hourly rate $x which amount to $y per annum. Please let me know if this will be an issue in case of an RFE.

NO PROBLEM

I was in a simillar situation and responded the same way you mentioned. My case was approved two days back.
