Changing job EB GC

From what I read, to change job (similar job and pay) one must have

1) I-140 approved
2) 180 days from I-485 receipt date
3) EAD or H1

Is that correct?

Can one change job before 140 is approved? What are the risk?

What are the pros and cons for changing jobs with a) EAD and b) H1 transfer?

**4 New employer should be ready to give letter with same/similar job duties to invoke AC 21

-------------one can ,the risk is if I-140 is revoked before 1485 pending more than 180 days

I-140 stand on LC and I-485 stand I-140, if employer revokes your I-140 then I-485 will not stand and EAD AP will bocome invalid the day I-485 gets denied dure to I-140 revoke by employer.
for more option why should one be on H1 till I-485 gets approved go to lawyer and he will explain you in details
