All,
I am working for a client now in california.
My Service center is VSC and my employer is
in NH. I am about to complete my 180 days
by october first week. Now my client is
offering a full time position and i can join
by Nov 1st. Can I join this company without
quitting employment with the first employer.
(like a second job with EAD) And I can still
manage to get pay stub from my first employer
till i get my GC. ( I am not going to tell my
first employer abt this job)
I know some of my friends working with
EAD and still continue the employment with
primary employer.
Please advise me.
Do I need a LCA to work in california with
EAD. (I don't have one now)
