changing job after 180 days using EAD

Hello Gurus,

please help with my situation.
Applied for 485 more than 180 days. Got my EAD but not AP.
I am planning to change job as I got good offer.
Could anyone please let me know what are the consequences in doing so with my current employer and also with BCIS.
What steps do I need to take care before doing so?

--- I-140 still pending or got I-140 approved? If approved on what date? When did you file I-485?
Please provide the info to get correct answer:
1 Did you file I-140 and I-485 concurrently? If yes on what date?
2 Did you apply I-485 after your I-140 approval?
3 What is the status of your I-140 on BCIS online status

-----1- 140 should be approved and I-485 pending more than 180 days. If that is not your situation don’t change the employer at this point let I-140 get approved. Or if you want to start GC process from beginning with new employer then no problem join him with H1 transfer
