the letter also states that "because of changes within cms/hhs, we are not able to maintain productivity. thus it was determined that we cease operation at the satellite facility and terminate your contract"
How did your employer exploit u? Is ur clinic closing? I think you shouldn't have waited 2 months. if your employer commits fraud then your contract is void. In my case I just provided proof of exploitation and USCIS agreed that I am being exploited and issued a new h1b in just one day, then I told my employer that I got a new job and I am leaving. he got shocked and surprised as how I did without his notice. USCIS did not ask any letter from my employer. When I interviewed for jobs during my vacation I told them whats going on with my employer and why I want to transfer and none of them has asked my employer any recommendations as I showed them proof of exploitaton by my current employer.
