Is something like that possible, or any way from H4 visa to be able to work ?
What is the way , anyone with that experience ?

you cant work on H4 visa status. if any employer is ready to File H4 to H1 change of status then you can work after H1 has been approved with start date on H1 approval. Employer must have job and must pay on H1. many file H4 to H! and then dont find job.
