changing H4 - H1

Hi Sir,
I am working on H1B and my spouse is on H4.I am applying for her transfer H4-H1B. I have one question?
After transfer to H1B if she is not able to get the job for some time ( 3-4 months) would that be a problem.

Also incase she is not able to find a job , Can I change her visa back to H4?

If she going to transfer the H1 to another employer after 3 or 4 months then problem

Also incase she is not able to find a job , Can I change her visa back to H4?
coming back to H4 after 4 months , no problem

If she is not able to find job on H1 B , in that case Can we again shift her visa from H1 back to h4.

How we can do it?
