Changing from CP to I-485

Hi,

I've filed for I-140 with the CP option as checked. With the new law regarding the concurrent filing of I-140 and I-485, I'd like to go for that option. Now the question is, what form, if any, do I need to file in order to modify I-140 with the CP option checked to I-140 with a I485 option checked?

No forms required....

I too had opted for CP earlier and after 3 months of filing I-140, i filed the 485 using the concurrent rule... , we didn't fill any separate form for switching from CP to AOS. But, I guess the attorney had mentioned that in a note. Check with your attorney...
If your i-140 gets approved before you file 485, there will be some delays and confusion because they'll treat your case as CP, as you had earlier mentioned in the form. It is good to file 485 before the 140 approval.
