I recently got married and am working on H1B status. My husband is presently working in C1D status in sea. He plans to come to land soon and look for a job. I want to process his H4 based on my H1B status. Can he hold both C1D and H4 simultaneously for a period till he decides to get off the ship?? Does he physically need to be on land to maintain the H4?
