I am working on H1B for a Company A which comes under Nebraska Service Center since 2000. No complains.

I have a renewed valid H1 pasted on my passport till Dec 2005.

My 485 was filed in Nebraska in Feb 2003.
My I140 was approved in May 2003
I got My EAD in May 2003.

Now I want to join a Company B which is under Vermont just to make me more stable.

Is this a good move. or should I wait for more time?

Nebraska is doing Sept 2001 's 485 Now.

ANyone sees any issue here?

As you have completed 180 days since the filing of 485 and your 140 is approved, you can change jobs usiong the AC21 provisions. You may inform USCIS about your job change. The only issue you need to be worried is that your job description should be as close as possible to the one on which your GC is sponsored.

---- You can move to company under Vermont with H1 transfer or with EAD you can use AC21 that is no problem. But if you think that moving to VSC your I-485 will be approved fast that is not true. NSC is not supposed to transfer your I-485 to VSC, they may or may not transfer. IF they find that you need interview then they may transfer to local USCIS office near to your new residence if you change the address on I-485 with NSC and file for AR11
