Hi,
Iam new to this forum and have the following question(s):
My I-140 and I-485 was applied 6 months back and I got my EAD card. Since it is already over 6 months I applied for my I-485,
can I change jobs? Will there be any problem with 'Job-Designation change' ?

During the I-140 and I-485 stages of processing, if there are any RFE's, will those RFE's have to do anything with my old employer or my new employer can take care of those for me? Should I need to be concerned about anything else before I switch employers at this stage of GC processing?

Thanks a lot !!
Ravi.

------ If your I-140 is APPROVED and I-485 pending more than 180 then you can change employer. If I-140 is NOT approved don’t change now wait for I-140 approval

------ it means your I-140 is still pending and if any RFE for I-140 comes then the employer who filed I-140 he or his lawyer has to reply the RFE. I-485 is YOUR petition and if any RFE for your I-485 then you have to reply RFE
Should I need to be concerned about anything else before I switch employers at this stage of GC processing?
------ your I-140 is NOT approved and you are not eligible to use AC21 at this time and if you leave your employer then your employer who filed I-140 can revoke the I-140 and in that case you have to start the new GC process from the beginning. DON’T LEAVE THE EMPLOYER TILL YOUR I-140 gets approved
