Changing Employer ?

Guys I have completed around 300 days from I-485 RD. At present I am on bench from 2 weeks and heard nothing from current employer (GC – Sponsor) about arranging interviews. I am using EAD for employment because my H1 was withdrawn after 180 days from I-485 RD as per the company rule. Today I have sent the forms to renew EAD and AP (both will expire in mid May 2003) for my spouse and myself.

Following are some of questions:

1. I have a job offer from a desi consulting company. They said that they would find a project for me in east coast (I am living in South at present) and I am not decided to join them yet. But I keep the option open.
2. I heard that my present employer would inform INS in case if I resign and accept employment at some other company. Is it safe to switch to employer using AC21 rule?
3. I do not have approval copy of both labor certificate and 140. They are with companies immigration department.
4. What are the documents I may need to obtain from present employer to answer any feature RFE’s

Any help and suggestions are highly appreciated.
 
mmmmm....It is ok...

Since 180 days are over, you are safe. Try to get the description of the job title...that will save you..

This is my opinion...I may be wrong...
