changing employer

Hello,
We applied I-140/I-485 June 04 and my I-140 is approved in February 05. In the applications my title was DBA/Programmer, if I get an over under the title Sr. Software Developer, am I able to work for this new employer? Also there is $1,000 salary difference. It is the same state, but different city.

If yes, what should I do? When can I start working for new employer?

The occupational title issue is likely more important than the salary discrepancy issue (somewhere in the forum I read that less than a 10% difference is not a big deal) To me, computer programmer & software developer seem like somewhat different occupations. Have you researched the DOL's list of occupational titles? That might help you compare the two occupations.
