Changing Employer after receiving RFE on EVL

Hello Friends,
My Employer may or may not give the employment letter in the case of EVL RFE. If he provides, I am safe. If not, can I change the employer after getting RFE and give the employment letter from the new employer? Please answer.

If you are not in good terms with the employer, it is better to find another employer using AC21 before you get the RFE. Filing AC21 may even help you get the approval faster as happened in the case of my friend.
