I am the primary applicant and my I485 got approved, I applied I485 for my wife and it is still pending no fingerprint yet. If I change my employer it will affect my wife application.

1. It is possible my employer withdraw her application?
2. Can, I apply 485 through new employer, what happens if affected by priority date retrogression?

It's her application, not your employer's. Heck, you can't even withdraw her I-485.

Why would you? You're already approved.

She waits until her PD (ie your old PD) becomes current again.

Thanks 'TheRealCanadian' for your immediate reply. My question was not clear, sorry about that.

>>> Both mine(Primary applicant) and spouse I485 applied my employer. And mine got approved and her application is still pending. If I change my employer, how it will affect her case?

Even though it was applied by your employer, the I-485 belongs to the applicant. As suct the employer does not have any control over the I-485. Bottomline is, you do not have to do anything to her I-485. Its her application and is based on your I-485, the employer does not come into picture here.
