Changing employer 6 months after approval

I got my green card in June.

Is it safe to change the employer after only 6 months?

As I remember the law permitted applicants to change employers 6 months after submitting an I485 and the application was not approved, but it didn't say anything about AFTER getting the green card. It used to be 1 year of waiting to be safe.

you can leave anytime. Better not to anger your employer when you leave.
