Changing company

Hi,
I changed from company A to company B 6 months back.My previous employer 'A' has no idea about it and he did not cancel my H1.

I am planning to go to my native country for vacation and while returning I am planning to enter with Company 'A' s H1.
1)If I do so should I file for any ammendment?
2)Will I land in any trouble if I file for GC with company A?

what is the reason?

1. If you want to start working for company A again, you have to do a H1 transfer. If you want to just enter US, you can use company A visa stamp and company B H1 approval and continue to working for company B.

2. Whatever you want to dowith your H1 that will not affect your GC with any company.
