Changing category from EB3 to EB2

Dear All,

My Labor and I-140 are both cleared.
But, my attorney did a mistake and filed my case in EB3 category rather than EB2. (I have two Master Degrees from American Universities).

I want to apply my I-485 now in EB2 as I am eligible (cannot in EB3). I was eligible at the time of my labor filing also but attorney did a mistake.

Can i change my category from EB3 to EB2 for filing my I-485?
Is this possible? If yes, how?

Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

-------------- you can have 5 Masters degrees, all depends what was asked on LC particulary on form ETA750A in item 14 and 15

Can i change my category from EB3 to EB2 for filing my I-485?
-------------------depends on approved LC if it was approved for EB3, EB3 or EB2 is needed to file I-140 not I-485, I-485 is approved on the base of I-140 and I-140 is based on LC
Is this possible? If yes, how?
