Changing attorney

Has any one experianced transfeing an immigration case from one lawyer to another lawyer in the same law firm? The law firm handling my case is one of the top firms in Texas but teh attorney handling my case is very slow. i have lost 1 year in the past because he was too slow to inform me about something.

Hi, All,

I am in the similar situation. My attorney is in IL and he seems very very busy. He does not allow me to email him and he will feel unhappy if I call him twice a month. I have lost almost 1 year. I am thinking about looking for another attorney. I wish to know if it is proper to file two LCAs at the same time under PERM? Will it cause problem if the work experiences on two applications have some minor differences?
